IT Agent – Hotel IT Maintenance

About the role

The IT Agent will ensure the smooth operation of all computer systems, networks and software used by guests and staff at Rixos Hotels in Abu Dhabi. You will follow Accor IT policies, perform routine maintenance and provide first‑level technical support on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out monthly IT maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance and backup procedures.
• Apply Accor IT policies such as user‑rights management, security, backup and contingency plans.
• Identify, report and help resolve IT‑related risks and issues to hotel management.
• Provide technical support and basic software training to employees and guests.
• Monitor system and network performance daily and perform diagnostics, repairs and component replacements as needed.
• Maintain licensed software, manage software licenses and follow upgrade schedules.
• Assist remote support teams by acting as the on‑site “hand‑and‑eyes” for troubleshooting.

Required profile

• Ability to follow established IT policies and procedures.
• Good understanding of hotel‑specific hardware and software environments.
• Attention to detail for backup, archiving and licensing compliance.
• Basic diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
