IT Analyst

About the role

The IT Analyst will provide first‑level technical support for all hotel IT systems and infrastructure at Fairmont Fujairah Beach Resort. You will ensure smooth operation of hardware, software, network connectivity and hospitality applications, while delivering a high level of service to both staff and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver daily IT support, prioritising requests based on operational needs.
• Install, configure and maintain computers, printers, telephones, network equipment and other devices.
• Support core hotel systems such as PMS, POS, PABX, Wi‑Fi, access control and related operational technology.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the IT Assistant Manager or external service providers.
• Manage user accounts, software installations, updates and security patches.
• Monitor backups, cybersecurity measures, business continuity and disaster‑recovery procedures.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of IT support experience in a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, printers, Wi‑Fi and basic network infrastructure.
• Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
