About the role
This part-time remote position focuses on ensuring the stability, performance, and usability of critical business applications. The specialist monitors application environments, responds to incidents, and performs routine health checks to maintain high availability.
Key responsibilities
- Provide end‑user support and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Coordinate with development and infrastructure teams for application updates, configurations, and releases.
- Document operational procedures and contribute to process improvements.
Required profile
- Strong analytical ability to diagnose issues and interpret system logs.
- Experience with remote technical support and clear communication.
- Familiarity with operating systems, databases, networking basics, and security best practices.
