IT Application Specialist

About the role

The IT Application Specialist will manage and optimise enterprise event‑management platforms such as Momentus, supporting Sales, Event Planning, Finance and Operations teams. The role ensures system stability, smooth daily operations and continuous workflow improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, configure and enhance event‑management or CRM systems, handling bugs, enhancements and new feature deployments.
• Gather requirements, map workflows, manage testing cycles (SIT & UAT) and coordinate with vendors for issue resolution.
• Provide day‑to‑day user support, incident resolution and ticket management while meeting SLA targets.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using system tools, Power BI or SQL.
• Conduct user training, create training materials and support onboarding for new processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience supporting enterprise applications, preferably with Momentus or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and documentation skills.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Momentus or comparable event‑management/venue‑management platforms.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, SQL and Power BI reporting tools.
• Advanced Excel and experience with change‑management and testing methodologies.
