About the role

The IT Assistant supports the hotel’s technology infrastructure by planning and coordinating equipment installations, moves, additions, and system enhancements. The role also involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and guest‑room internet issues while maintaining inventory and security of technology assets.

Key responsibilities

Plan and coordinate IT equipment installations, moves, additions, changes, and system enhancements.
Troubleshoot non‑routine hardware, software, and guest‑room internet problems.
Maintain inventory of technology devices and ensure computer/telephone rooms are secured.
Maintain PBX/telephone switchboard systems and associated hardware.
Analyze processes, recommend improvements, and implement efficiency measures.

Required profile

No high school diploma or GED required.
At least 1 year of related work experience.
No supervisory experience required.
No specific license or certification required.

PBX/telephone switchboard systems
Point‑of‑Sale (POS) systems
Hardware troubleshooting
