About the role
Dicetek LLC is looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to support its Wealth Products portfolio in Abu Dhabi. The role requires strong IT business analysis experience within banking and wealth management, the ability to write clear, structured and testable requirements, and hands‑on expertise in agile delivery and backlog management. Candidates should have exposure to core banking and wealth platforms, system integration projects, and preferably experience with Swiss or EU private banking implementations. Familiarity with Finnova and Incore Sobaco implementations is considered a plus. The analyst will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new functionalities and will contribute to continuous improvement of processes. Strong communication skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications are essential for success in this role.
