IT Coordinator - UAE National

About the role

Responsible for providing first-line technical support to end users, managing IT service requests, and assisting with projects across all functions in the IT Department. This individual coordinates IT activities, provides technical support to project leads, and maintains IT documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Providing first-line technical support to end users, ensuring their technical issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
• Managing IT service requests, handling the workflow from initiation to resolution.
• Assisting with IT projects across all functions within the Department, contributing to the successful completion of various IT initiatives.
• Coordinating IT activities, ensuring that all tasks and projects are well‑organized and executed smoothly.
• Providing technical support to project leads, offering expertise and assistance to facilitate project success.
• Coordinating with subsidiary companies for IT‑related work, ensuring seamless collaboration and integration.
• Maintaining IT documentation, keeping records of IT processes, procedures, and configurations up to date.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 0‑2 years of experience in an IT support/helpdesk role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, Microsoft Office 365, and common business applications.
• Experience with IT ticketing systems and remote support tools is a plus.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• IT certifications (CompTIA A+, ITIL, or equivalent) are an advantage but not mandatory.
