IT & Digital Specialist

About the role

The IT & Digital Specialist will be responsible for managing the company’s technology infrastructure and digital presence across all MRJADE entities. This role ensures seamless operation of IT systems, optimises online visibility, and supports the marketing team with social media and content workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365, corporate email accounts and user provisioning.
• Maintain company websites, domains, hosting services and optimise SEO and Google Business Profiles.
• Oversee all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, YouTube) and coordinate digital content with marketing.
• Manage third‑party business platforms such as Foodics, Deliveroo, Talabat, Careem and Noon.
• Configure and support Macs, Windows PCs, iPhones and other company devices.
• Maintain networks, Wi‑Fi, printers, NAS and cloud storage solutions.
• Provide first‑line support for Odoo ERP and other business applications.
• Implement AI tools and workflow automation to improve operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with external developers, designers and agencies for digital projects.
• Ensure cybersecurity, regular backups and comprehensive system documentation.
• Troubleshoot technical issues across all MRJADE companies and continuously improve digital processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing IT infrastructure and digital platforms in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to optimise processes and increase efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and capable of handling multiple priorities.
