IT Engagement Lead

About the role

The IT Engagement Lead will design and deliver communication, engagement and upskilling programmes that support Innovo Group’s IT strategy. Working closely with corporate communications, marketing and learning & development, the role ensures consistent, business‑friendly messaging and builds capability across the IT function and the wider organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a single IT communications plan aligned with the IT strategy and portfolio.
• Create and govern templates, frameworks and content such as intranet pages, town‑hall decks and CIO announcements.
• Translate complex technical topics into clear, business‑oriented messages.
• Coordinate regular IT communications events, including town‑halls and updates.
• Align IT messaging with corporate communications and brand standards.
• Gather feedback, monitor engagement and establish metrics to improve communication effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain an IT‑wide upskilling plan and related learning content.
• Partner with programme and delivery teams to support project‑driven change.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in communications, change management or upskilling initiatives.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with corporate communications, marketing and learning teams.
