IT Executive – Information Technology Executive

About the role

We are looking for an IT Executive to lead end‑point and service‑desk operations across our Dubai office. The role combines first‑line technical support, asset management and basic network troubleshooting to ensure a reliable IT environment for all users.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level support via phone, email, chat and ticketing system, logging and prioritising incidents.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printing, connectivity and network issues for desktops, laptops, smartphones and peripherals.
• Support Microsoft 365 suite, Teams, VPN and other corporate applications, including password resets and access management.
• Assist with onboarding and off‑boarding, provisioning and recovering IT equipment.
• Perform basic LAN, Wi‑Fi and VPN troubleshooting and coordinate escalations to infrastructure teams.
• Maintain accurate IT asset records, support allocation, replacement and disposal processes, and assist with audits.
• Follow security policies, support endpoint protection, MFA and report security incidents.
• Monitor SLA compliance, contribute to knowledge‑base articles and participate in projects and system upgrades.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience delivering Level 1/Level 2 end‑user support in a corporate environment.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work under defined SLA targets.
