IT Executive

About the role

The IT Executive will ensure the stability, security, and performance of the company's IT infrastructure. This hands‑on role combines network engineering, server administration, and end‑user support to keep business operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, install, and maintain networking hardware such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, performance, and security issues across LAN, WAN, and cloud networks.
• Monitor network health, optimize performance, and plan capacity.
• Set up and manage VLANs, subnets, IP routing, and VPN connections.
• Maintain internal and external network systems, including cloud‑based environments.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and manage database storage servers and cloud servers.
• Support network security by handling firewalls, IDS/IPS, and VPN configurations.
• Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
• Provide on‑site and remote assistance for end‑users on network‑related issues.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of network services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT support, networking, and system administration.
• Hands‑on experience configuring and troubleshooting MacBook devices.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
