IT Executive

About the role

The IT Executive will ensure the reliability and performance of our company's IT infrastructure. You will work hands‑on with network devices, servers, cloud platforms and end‑users to keep business operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, install and maintain networking hardware such as routers, switches, firewalls and wireless access points.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, performance and security issues across LAN, WAN and cloud‑based networks.
• Manage VLANs, subnets, IP routing, VPNs and network access control.
• Support and maintain database storage servers and cloud servers.
• Assist with firewall management, IDS/IPS, and VPN configurations.
• Perform network monitoring, performance optimisation and capacity planning.
• Provide on‑site and remote support for end‑users, including MacBook configuration and troubleshooting.
• Document configurations, procedures and troubleshooting steps.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science or related field.
• Proven experience in IT support, networking and system administration.
• Hands‑on experience with MacBook configuration.
• Strong problem‑solving, documentation and communication abilities.
