IT Executive

About the role

The IT Executive will lead the implementation of the hotel’s IT plan, ensuring alignment with the group’s technology strategy and delivering reliable, secure services for both operations and guests. This role oversees day‑to‑day IT support, network infrastructure, and audio‑visual systems within a vibrant, multicultural hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the implementation of the Hotel IT plan in line with group strategy, budgets, timelines and service level agreements.
• Oversee regular assessment, security, scalability and reliability of the hotel’s IT systems and infrastructure.
• Deliver day‑to‑day IT support services, including network connections, user access control and hardware configuration.
• Respond to ad‑hoc IT queries from colleagues and guests, ensuring timely and accurate solutions.
• Supervise network infrastructure operations, installation and maintenance of LAN, WAN and interconnect points.
• Manage and support all audio‑visual services for meeting rooms, event spaces and VIP guest requirements.
• Lead the IT department, motivate staff, ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental procedures, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or equivalent certification.
• Minimum 3 years of IT experience, preferably in international hospitality or a blue‑chip organization.
• Strong knowledge of key IT processes, applications, databases and IT support.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Required skills

• Audio‑visual system setup and troubleshooting.

• IT support and user access control management.
