IT Executive – Network & Systems Support

About the role

We are looking for an IT Executive to maintain and troubleshoot our company’s IT infrastructure. The role combines hands‑on network and system administration with end‑user support to ensure reliable operations across on‑premise and cloud environments.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, install, and maintain networking hardware such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
• Diagnose and resolve network issues including connectivity, performance, and security incidents.
• Monitor network performance, manage VLANs, subnets, IP routing, and VPN connections.
• Support LAN, WAN, and cloud‑based network architectures.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and manage database storage servers and cloud servers.
• Assist with firewall management, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and overall network security.
• Document configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
• Participate in network performance optimization and capacity planning.
• Provide on‑site and remote support for end‑users on network‑related issues.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of network systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT support, networking, and system administration.
• Hands‑on experience with MacBook configuration and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts such as LAN, WAN, VLANs, IP routing, VPNs, and firewalls.
• Experience with server management, database storage systems, and cloud environments.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Capacity to work independently and collaborate effectively with IT teams.
