IT Infrastructure & Operations Supervisor

About the role

The IT Infrastructure & Operations Supervisor ensures stable, secure, and efficient IT operations across the company’s head office, branches, factory, warehouse, and restaurants. The role leads daily IT support, maintains infrastructure availability, and coordinates vendors to support business continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, Wi‑Fi, firewalls, VPN and internet connectivity across all locations.
• Supervise day‑to‑day IT support tickets, provide hands‑on escalation support for hardware, software, POS, printers, tablets and business applications.
• Manage servers, cloud services, backups, shared drives, access rights and endpoint devices within approved authority.
• Coordinate with service providers for internet, telecom, hosting, hardware and licensing.
• Apply basic cybersecurity controls, maintain IT asset, license and configuration documentation.
• Assign tasks, coach technical staff, evaluate performance and recommend staffing or process improvements.
• Support IT projects, infrastructure upgrades, vendor selection and digital transformation initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Network Engineering or related field.
• 4–6 years of IT infrastructure or operations experience, preferably in multi‑branch retail/hospitality/FMCG.
• 2–3 years of supervisory or team‑lead experience.
• Professional certifications such as CCNA, Microsoft, ITIL, CompTIA Network+ or Security+ are a plus.

Required skills

• Network infrastructure: routers, switches, Wi‑Fi, VPN, firewalls.
• Windows environments, Microsoft 365, email systems and user account management.
• Hardware support: printers, POS systems, barcode devices, tablets, laptops and desktops.
• IT asset management, backups, access control and endpoint protection.
• Basic cybersecurity practices and documentation.
• Coordination with ERP/Odoo developers and system users.
