IT Infrastructure Specialist (Emiratisation)

About the role

Inspire Selection is recruiting on behalf of a leading Abu Dhabi organisation for an IT Infrastructure Specialist to join its growing technology team. The role suits a UAE National who wants to build a career in a Microsoft-centred infrastructure environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support and maintain the organisation's core infrastructure, keeping systems secure, stable and performing well
• Administer and troubleshoot Active Directory, including user, group and policy management
• Support Microsoft Exchange and messaging services
• Maintain Windows Server environments
• Monitor and resolve network issues across LAN/WAN
• Work with internal teams to deliver infrastructure improvements and upgrades
• Take part in a shift rota to ensure continuous service availability

Required profile

• 3-5 years' experience in IT infrastructure or systems administration
• UAE National (Emiratisation)
• Flexible and comfortable with some shift work
• Proactive problem-solver with good communication skills

Required skills

• Solid understanding of Active Directory, Exchange, networking and server administration
• Strong willingness to learn and keep up with new technologies
