IT Manager - Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah

About the role

Hilton is looking for an IT Manager for its Dubai Palm Jumeirah property. The role covers IT strategy and support across multiple sites, working with the Area Director of Technology Services to deliver reliable technology that enhances the guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support the design and execution of IT initiatives across multiple properties, aligned with area, cluster and corporate objectives
• Monitor, diagnose and tune LAN and network servers, manage upgrades, directory structures and preventive maintenance
• Resolve user issues on personal computers, software and network connectivity, and provide training and support
• Ensure compliance with Hilton Technology Network (HTN) standards, including shared resources and backups
• Assist with major projects such as workstation and server refreshes, Wi-Fi, PBX and point-of-sale installations
• Work with property management to keep critical systems running and minimise downtime
• Recruit, train, supervise and mentor team members, run performance evaluations and support professional development
