IT Manager - Hotels

About the role

Hilton is looking for an IT Manager to support IT services across multiple hotel properties, working in close collaboration with the Area Director of Technology Services. The role covers strategy, infrastructure, project delivery and team leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Support the design and execution of IT initiatives across properties, aligned with area, cluster and corporate objectives
• Monitor, diagnose and tune LAN and network servers, manage upgrades, directory structures and preventive maintenance
• Resolve user issues on personal computers, software and network connectivity, and provide training and support
• Ensure compliance with Hilton Technology Network (HTN) standards and certification requirements, including shared resources and backups
• Assist with major projects such as workstation and server refreshes, Wi-Fi, PBX and point-of-sale installations, on time and within budget
• Work with property management to keep critical site systems running and minimise downtime
• Recruit, train, supervise and mentor team members, run performance evaluations and support professional development
