IT Network Administrator

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Network Administrator to oversee and support our enterprise IT infrastructure across Abu Dhabi and Dubai. The role blends network and systems administration with cloud services, security, and end‑user support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support to users, troubleshoot network, system, hardware and software issues, and train users on IT policies.
• Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs and related network hardware.
• Monitor network performance, proactively identify and resolve connectivity or performance issues.
• Manage and maintain Windows and Linux server environments, including operating systems, applications and configurations.
• Administer Active Directory, Domain Controllers, DNS and enterprise systems.
• Support Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange, SharePoint and ensure security and proper access.
• Administer Microsoft Azure resources, storage, virtual networks and enforce performance, availability and security best practices.
• Implement network security controls, including firewalls, antivirus and intrusion detection systems.
• Develop and maintain backup, disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Manage audio‑visual and collaboration technology for conference rooms and video‑conferencing.
• Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations and coordinate with vendors and service providers.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of hands‑on experience in LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Windows/Linux servers and cloud services.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure and network security.
• Immediate to 30‑day notice period; candidates currently based in Abu Dhabi or Dubai are highly preferred.
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical incidents quickly and efficiently.
• Experience in backup, recovery and AV/collaboration technology support.
