IT PMO – Digital Transformation

About the role

Sphere IT Global is looking for an experienced IT PMO specialist to lead digital transformation programmes in Dubai. The role focuses on governing multiple IT initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic road‑maps, and delivering consistent executive reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, govern and track enterprise‑wide IT and digital transformation projects.
• Monitor timelines, deliverables, resource allocations, risk logs and financial budgets.
• Develop executive status reports, dashboards and risk assessment matrices.
• Enforce PMO governance standards, delivery methodologies and quality assurance protocols.
• Coordinate with business units, vendor partners and technical leadership to maintain project momentum.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of dedicated experience in IT PMO management and digital transformation delivery.
• Strong executive stakeholder reporting and governance experience.
• Preferred PMP, PgMP or Prince2 certification.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Agile, Scrum and Waterfall project management frameworks.
• Experience using enterprise PMO software and governance tools.
• Risk mitigation and stakeholder reporting expertise.
