IT Resourcing Specialist

About the role

The IT Resourcing Specialist will act as a bridge between the HR function and the Information Systems team, driving efficient hiring and talent management processes. You will manage stakeholder relationships, produce recruitment metrics, and ensure best‑in‑class interview practices are followed.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain direct communication with DP HR team and internal HR leads to accelerate staff hiring.
• Understand Information Systems Directors' hiring requirements and manage expectations between HR and the IS team.
• Report recruitment plans and performance to Information Systems Directors using HR metrics.
• Design and maintain dashboards for reporting (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau, QlikView).
• Prepare and maintain job descriptions, source candidates, and coordinate interview schedules.
• Keep priority hires list up‑to‑date and maintain candidate and interview repositories.
• Develop and maintain best‑practice interview processes ensuring IS team compliance.
• Manage staff PTO list, monitor staff travel safety, and collaborate with IT PMO and operations leads to balance project demand with staffing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of HR experience within the Information Technology space, including strong stakeholder management and data‑driven reporting.
