IT Service Desk Engineer

About the role

Happiest Minds Technologies is seeking an IT Service Desk Engineer to provide multi‑tiered technical support and manage daily enterprise IT operations in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on incident resolution, cloud identity management, network infrastructure support, endpoint security, and system maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver L1, L2 and L3 incident resolution and end‑user support for corporate infrastructure.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services, including user provisioning, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
• Manage Active Directory, Azure AD, Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), Group Policy, DNS and DHCP.
• Troubleshoot hardware, OS errors, network connectivity, VPNs, Wi‑Fi access points and enterprise printers.
• Oversee endpoint security, SCCM patch deployments, backup management and antivirus policy enforcement.
• Coordinate with third‑party vendors and internal engineering teams while maintaining ITIL incident documentation.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in IT service desk or infrastructure support.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong hands‑on expertise in L1‑L3 end‑user support.
• UAE‑based candidates preferred.
