IT Services and Azure Management Administrator

About the role

Dawam Business Solutions is looking for a skilled and motivated IT Systems Administrator to join its team and manage client IT infrastructure. The role focuses on user account management, laptop and peripheral management, and the overall security of the systems. It is a full-time position with a hybrid work arrangement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage user accounts and handle laptop and peripheral management
• Maintain the security of client systems
• Administer Microsoft 365, cloud security and Azure environments

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT administration with a strong understanding of cloud environments
• Experience with cloud security solutions such as Azure Sentinel or Microsoft Defender for Cloud
• Knowledge of application deployment and management practices
• Certifications in Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365
• Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication and interpersonal skills

Required skills

• Microsoft 365, including user management, security and compliance features
• Azure services: subscriptions, resource groups, virtual machines, storage, networking and security
• Active Directory, Azure Active Directory and Entra
• Scripting with PowerShell and Bash
• Automation tools and scripting languages
