IT Specialist

About the role

Profile Middle East is seeking an IT Specialist to provide hands‑on support for its Abu Dhabi office and partner locations across the region. The role focuses on maintaining reliable daily IT operations, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and supporting the office network infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day IT support and troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows‑based computers, peripherals, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware problems, including basic repairs, upgrades, and replacements.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 applications.
• Support setup and maintenance of office networks (LAN/Wi‑Fi, routers, switches, access points).
• Configure and troubleshoot NAS, shared drives, network access, and connectivity.
• Provide assistance for Apple/macOS devices when required.
• Deliver on‑site IT assistance at the Abu Dhabi office and partner locations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, Helpdesk, System Support, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365.
• Hands‑on experience with computer hardware troubleshooting and repair.
• Good understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, NAT, LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi).
• Knowledge of NAS systems and Windows network environments.
• Ability to independently diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Good communication skills and command of English.
