About the role
The IT Specialist will ensure seamless connectivity and reliable IT services for guests and hotel operations, acting as the first point of contact for any IT‑related issues.
Key responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 support for critical systems such as Opera, Simphony, Call Accounting, HSIA, PABX and Food & Beverage POS.
- Monitor and resolve IT helpdesk tickets promptly, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Maintain backups according to schedule and report any issues to the IT Manager.
- Perform planned preventive maintenance in telecom rooms and keep records up to date.
Required profile
- Hands‑on experience supporting desktop operating systems and applications, including patch management.
- Ability to prioritize guest complaints and resolve them quickly.
Required skills
- Knowledge of Opera, Simphony, Call Accounting, HSIA, PABX and POS systems.
- Experience with backup procedures and telecom infrastructure maintenance.
- Proficiency in desktop OS support and helpdesk ticketing.
