IT Specialist – Level 2 Support

About the role

Kitopi is seeking an IT Specialist to provide Level 2 technical support across its cloud‑kitchen network. You will ensure the smooth operation of IT systems, network connectivity, and Microsoft services for multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Level 2 support for IT infrastructure, end‑user devices, Microsoft 365 and network services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, Wi‑Fi, VPN, CCTV and internet connectivity issues.
• Monitor systems and networks proactively to prevent downtime.
• Manage incidents and service requests in line with SLA commitments.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Entra ID, Intune, Teams and SharePoint.
• Coordinate with ISPs, technology vendors and external service providers.
• Gather business requirements, assess new technology requests and provide recommendations.
• Support IT projects through implementation, testing and operational hand‑over.
• Create and maintain SOPs, technical documentation and knowledge‑base articles.

Required profile

• Proactive, service‑oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and translate technical concepts clearly.

Required skills

• Microsoft 365 administration (Entra ID, Intune, Teams, SharePoint).
• Hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Network services, Wi‑Fi, VPN and CCTV configuration.
• Incident and service‑request management following ITSM processes.
