IT Specialist – Luxury Hotel Group

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Specialist to join the technology team of a leading luxury hotel group. The role will support the IT infrastructure across multiple award‑winning resorts, ensuring seamless digital experiences for guests and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, networks and peripheral devices across all hotel properties.
• Support hotel‑specific applications, including property management and reservation systems.
• Lead small‑scale IT projects, coordinating with internal stakeholders to deliver solutions on time and within budget.
• Supervise junior IT staff, providing guidance and training to uphold service standards.
• Monitor system performance, perform regular updates, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of supervisory experience in a high‑volume IT environment, preferably within the UAE hospitality sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field (preferred).
• Proven track record as an IT Specialist or similar role in a hotel or luxury service setting.
• Strong communication, leadership and organisational abilities.

• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+ or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA).
