IT Supervisor – Hotel Operations

About the role

The Information Technology Supervisor will ensure the smooth operation and security of all IT equipment within the Park Rotana and Park Arjaan Abu Dhabi hotels. You will be the primary point of contact for hardware support, inventory management and user assistance, delivering high‑quality service to hotel staff and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor the operation and security of all computer hardware, ensuring optimal performance.
• Serve as the primary contact for servicing computers, printers, telephones and other peripherals.
• Maintain sufficient inventory of office and computer supplies.
• Keep hardware and software logs up‑to‑date according to departmental procedures.
• Document hardware configurations, inventory and telephone system (MPT lines) settings.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on PCs, printers, telephones, interactive systems and key‑lock systems.
• Manage user access requests and authorisations for Windows 2000, email, Opera, Micros and Novell systems.
• Respond promptly to user requests, providing effective technical support.

Required profile

• Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Previous experience in a similar IT supervisory role.
• Proven knowledge of equipment operation and maintenance.
• Strong command of English and ability to diagnose and resolve subsystem issues.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, adaptable and able to work calmly under pressure.
