IT Support Administrator – Dubai

About the role

Vivid Adapt is expanding its global infrastructure and seeks a proactive IT Support Administrator to ensure the stability, security, and performance of its Dubai office. You will act as a technical partner for the local team while collaborating with global IT groups.

Key responsibilities

• Own the stability, security and performance of the Dubai IT infrastructure.
• Monitor systems proactively to detect bottlenecks and vulnerabilities.
• Assist in deploying and hardening AI‑driven tools within a secure environment.
• Provide seamless technical support to local users, moving beyond a traditional help‑desk model.
• Maintain clear documentation and ensure local compliance with global standards.
• Work with global IT teams to implement enterprise‑wide security policies.
• Identify and automate manual tasks to increase strategic value.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity or equivalent certification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT administration or system support.
• Hands‑on experience with Windows and Linux server administration.
• Strong knowledge of network configuration (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs) and identity management.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or Microsoft 365.
• Basic understanding of security hygiene, firewalls, endpoint protection and backup procedures.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.
