About the role
The IT Support Engineer will provide technical assistance and support for endpoint systems, software, and hardware, troubleshooting and resolving issues for end users. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical knowledge, communication skills, and can work efficiently under pressure.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and support for endpoint systems, software, and hardware.
- Troubleshoot, resolve issues, and deliver IT support to end users.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in any computer-related field.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant IT support experience.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and macOS operating systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy management.
- Familiarity with remote desktop tools and ticketing systems.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
