IT Support

About the role

The IT Support provides first‑level technical support to end users across the organization, ensuring timely resolution of IT incidents and service requests with minimal disruption to hospital operations. You will act as the primary point of contact for hardware, software, network and application issues, delivering both remote and on‑site assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for IT incidents, service requests and technical queries.
• Log, categorize, prioritize and track requests through the ticketing system, ensuring SLA compliance.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system, network and application issues both remotely and on‑site.
• Install, configure, maintain and update operating systems, applications and devices.
• Escalate complex problems to Level 2/3 teams and support IT projects as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Health Informatics or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT support and HIS administration, preferably in a hospital environment.
• Strong communication, analytical and customer‑service skills with the ability to work under pressure.
