Italian Restaurant Manager

About the role

The Italian Restaurant Manager will lead the dining outlet at Le Royal Meridien Abu Dhabi, ensuring an exceptional guest‑first experience while upholding the brand’s luxury standards. The role combines guest satisfaction, brand compliance and day‑to‑day operational oversight.

Key responsibilities

• Champion a guest‑first culture by engaging with guests, gathering feedback and driving continuous improvement of satisfaction scores.
• Ensure strict compliance with brand SOPs, conduct audits and coach staff to maintain service, presentation and ambiance standards.
• Oversee daily front‑of‑house operations, including recruitment, training, scheduling and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with the kitchen on menu planning, quality control and food presentation.
• Manage inventory, cost control, vendor relationships and monitor labor and F&B costs while safeguarding service quality.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of restaurant manager experience in 5‑star luxury hotels or comparable establishments.
• Proven track record of improving guest satisfaction scores.
• Strong leadership, coaching and interpersonal abilities.
• Italian language proficiency is an advantage.
