About the role

Join the prestigious BVLGARI Resort in Dubai as an Italian‑speaking waiter or waitress. You will deliver high‑quality food and beverage service to guests in a luxury setting, ensuring memorable experiences that reflect the brand’s timeless glamour.

Key responsibilities

• Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages, setting tables according to event type and service standards.
• Answer guest questions on menu selections and communicate any special dietary requirements to the kitchen.
• Record orders in the MICROS POS system and present accurate checks for payment.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glassware, and complete closing duties such as restocking and turning off lights.
• Welcome guests, anticipate their needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and ensure a professional appearance at all times.
• Follow all company safety, security, and confidentiality policies, reporting any incidents promptly.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant wait‑staff experience in a hospitality environment.
• Fluent Italian language skills; English proficiency required.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lb unaided and up to 50 lb with assistance, and to stand or walk for extended periods.
