Japanese‑Speaking Forex Sales Conversion Agent

About the role

We are looking for a native or fluent Japanese speaker to join our Dubai team as a Forex Sales Conversion Agent. You will use consultative sales techniques to turn high‑quality leads into active trading clients while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Promote the company’s Forex and CFD products and services to prospective clients.
• Convert high‑quality leads into active trading accounts through consultative sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Identify upsell opportunities and maximize client conversion rates.
• Stay up‑to‑date with financial markets, trading products, and industry developments.
• Meet individual sales targets and KPIs while ensuring compliance with company standards.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Japanese, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in the Forex & CFD industry.
• Experience in a conversion or retention sales role within Forex/CFD.
• Strong sales, negotiation and objection‑handling abilities.
• Ability to work in a target‑driven, fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using trading platforms.
• Good knowledge of standard office applications.
• Understanding of global financial markets.
• Familiarity with online trading products, Forex and CFD.
