Java Developer – Financial Credit Risk Control

About the role

We are looking for a Java Developer to design, build, and maintain credit risk systems for personal and corporate finance. The role focuses on creating high‑availability micro‑services that support the full loan lifecycle while ensuring compliance with Chinese banking regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop Java‑based credit risk applications (approval, anti‑fraud, post‑loan monitoring) using Spring Boot/Cloud.
• Design high‑performance APIs with sub‑second response times for thousands of concurrent requests.
• Translate regulatory rules and scoring models into executable Java code.
• Build a dynamic rule engine platform with online editing and gray‑release capabilities.
• Integrate machine‑learning models (TensorFlow, PyTorch) via RESTful services for real‑time scoring.
• Connect to external financial data sources using MyBatis and Spring Data JPA, and create risk data marts.
• Implement real‑time dashboards and regulatory alerts, and process batch data with Flink or Spark.
• Ensure data security, desensitization, RBAC, and audit logging to meet personal information protection laws.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of backend development experience and at least 1.5 years in financial credit‑risk systems.
• Strong understanding of banking or fintech compliance (CBIRC, AML, Cybersecurity Law).

Required skills

• Java (JDK 11+), JVM tuning, concurrency.
• Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Nacos, Apollo, Seata.
• MySQL (sharding), Redis (cluster).
• Rule engines such as Drools or Easy Rules.
• Big‑data processing with Flink or Spark.
• MyBatis, Spring Data JPA.
• TensorFlow / PyTorch integration via REST APIs.
• API security standards (SM4, SM2, signature verification).
