Jiu Jitsu Instructor – Full-time, Abu Dhabi

About the role

We are a leading UAE sports management company seeking a full-time Jiu Jitsu Instructor to join our Abu Dhabi centre. You will deliver high-quality Jiu Jitsu classes to students of all ages and abilities, ensuring a safe and motivating environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and deliver structured Jiu Jitsu training sessions for various age groups.
• Demonstrate techniques, supervise sparring, and provide constructive feedback.
• Monitor student progress, maintain safety standards and manage injury prevention.
• Assist with belt tests, seminars, demonstrations and internal competitions.
• Contribute to the development of individual and group training plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma.
• Minimum 3 years experience teaching Jiu Jitsu.
• Strong technical proficiency in Jiu Jitsu; recognised belt rank preferred.
• Ability to design adaptable class plans for different skill levels.
• Clear communication, patience and ability to motivate a multicultural audience.
