About the role
ONE TO ONE SPORTS MANAGEMENT is seeking a dedicated Jiu Jitsu Instructor to join its Abu Dhabi team. This full‑time, on‑site position involves teaching students of all ages and skill levels, ensuring safe practice and progressive skill development.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver structured Jiu Jitsu training sessions for various age groups.
- Demonstrate techniques, supervise sparring, and provide constructive feedback.
- Monitor student progress and maintain a safe, respectful training environment.
- Assist with belt tests, seminars, demonstrations, and internal competitions.
- Support the creation of individualized training plans.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or high‑school diploma.
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Jiu Jitsu instructor.
- Strong technical proficiency in Jiu Jitsu; recognized belt rank preferred.
- Ability to design adaptable class plans for diverse age groups.
- Clear communication, patience, and motivation skills in a multicultural setting.
