Job Controller – Global After‑Sales (UAE National)

About the role

The Job Controller ensures efficient allocation of repair jobs across production lines, supporting profitability and quality in Al Futtaim Automotive’s after‑sales workshop. You will coordinate schedules, maintain discipline, and uphold safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute assigned jobs following work standards and time requirements.
• Maintain a safe, clean service environment and enforce company rules.
• Coordinate daily activities with the Workshop Controller and Manager to ensure smooth operations.
• Plan, update, and monitor repair schedules to meet on‑time delivery targets.
• Record completed service work electronically or on paper according to QMS SOP.
• Stay current with new technologies, procedures, and time standards.
• Support additional workshop tasks as assigned and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in any field.
• 3‑5 years experience in a reputable workshop in a similar role.
• Certified Master B&P Advisor or Technician.
• Fluent spoken Arabic and proficient in computer operations.
