Joinery Project Engineer

About the role

DuPod is seeking a Joinery Project Engineer to oversee the end‑to‑end execution of joinery, glass, mirror, stone and related product manufacturing. The role bridges engineering, procurement, manufacturing partners and site teams to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and to client specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate joinery manufacturing activities from shop‑drawing review through production, installation support and final handover.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, BOQs and project requirements to confirm manufacturability and compliance.
• Synchronise material, resource and production schedules with design, production, procurement and planning teams.
• Monitor factory production progress and logistics to keep the project aligned with agreed timelines.
• Provide regular project status updates, flag risks and coordinate decisions with the Project Manager and cross‑functional stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum two years (24 months) experience in joinery manufacturing or related project engineering.
• Proven ability to coordinate across engineering, procurement, suppliers and on‑site installation teams.
• Strong attention to detail and capability to interpret technical documentation.
