Junior Account Manager

About the role

WPP Production is seeking a Junior Integrated Account Manager to join its Dubai team. The role involves supporting agency and client partners while ensuring smooth delivery of production projects. Candidates must be based in the United Arab Emirates.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the day‑to‑day contact for agency, client stakeholders and internal WPP Production departments.
• Coordinate between Project/Transcreation Management, WPP Production, clients and agencies.
• Respond to information requests from Senior Account Managers or Account Directors.
• Maintain and improve client and stakeholder relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Print, Transcreation & Broadcast.
• Manage all aspects of client campaigns from planning through delivery.
• Ensure brand understanding and highlight quality‑control issues.
• Distribute contact reports and meeting agendas.
• Administer agreed budgets and prepare accurate cost estimates against the Rate Card for AD approval.
• Assist with financial reporting and support the finance function.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of agency experience, preferably in a production agency, print, TVC or digital production role.
• High level of IT literacy, including strong spreadsheet usage.
• Strong numeracy and budgeting skills.
• Excellent prioritisation, time‑management and attention to detail.
• Resilience and ability to work under pressure.
• Fluent oral and written English; Arabic is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer‑focused attitude.
• Experience managing and servicing international accounts.
