Junior Accountant – Accounting & Tax

About the role

DubiTax is seeking a motivated Junior Accountant to join its Accounting & Tax team in Dubai. This full‑time, on‑site position offers the opportunity to work directly with clients and internal specialists while developing expertise in UAE tax compliance and financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse financial statements for a variety of clients.
• Ensure tax compliance and assist in the preparation of tax returns.
• Manage day‑to‑day accounting tasks, including ledger entries and reconciliations.
• Support accurate financial reporting and maintain up‑to‑date financial records.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to guarantee adherence to accounting and tax regulations.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of tax compliance, tax preparation and related processes.
• Proficiency in preparing and analysing financial statements.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Attention to detail and high accuracy in financial documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Previous experience with the UAE taxation system is an advantage.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
