Junior Accountant & Junior Admin

About the role

Flensburg Investments is hiring a Junior Accountant cum Junior Admin to join its team in Dubai. The role combines accounting responsibilities with administrative tasks, and the company is looking for someone with a good eye for detail and strong organizational skills.

Key responsibilities

• Handle junior‑level accounting duties, such as processing transactions and preparing basic financial reports, while also performing administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate records using the company’s accounting software together with the full suite of MS Office applications.
• Support day‑to‑day office administration, including handling correspondence, scheduling, and filing, as required.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience within the UAE, preferably in accounting or related administrative roles.
• Own residence visa is preferred, enabling immediate joining and compliance with local employment regulations.
• Good knowledge of accounting software and proficiency in MS Office, ensuring efficient handling of both financial and administrative duties.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting software for recording and reporting financial data.
• Advanced skills in MS Office, especially Excel and Word, for data analysis and documentation.
