About the role
Heidelberg Materials Trading is seeking a Junior Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of its Admin Team in Dubai. You will help ensure smooth office functioning and provide essential assistance to staff and visitors.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Admin Team with daily office operations and general administrative duties.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally and accurately.
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors for purchases and services.
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees.
- Help arrange office events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Support other team members with administrative tasks as required.
Required profile
- 2-3 years of proven experience as an Administrative/Office Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
