Junior Architect – Design Studio (Dubai)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Architect to join our newly launched design studio in Dubai. Working side‑by‑side with senior architects who have extensive international experience, you will contribute to the design of high‑end residential, hospitality and mixed‑use projects across the UAE. This position offers hands‑on involvement from concept through detailed design, providing a fast‑track learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support concept and schematic design, including site analysis, zoning studies, massing, space planning and façade studies.
• Create 3D models, diagrams, presentation boards and design reports for internal reviews, client presentations and authority submissions.
• Assist senior architects in producing schematic and detailed architectural drawings.
• Prepare schedules, specifications and design documentation such as finishes and door/window schedules.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape and interior design consultants.
• Help respond to authority review comments from Dubai Municipality, DDA, Trakhees and RTA.
• Conduct design research, precedent and material studies, and visual storytelling for project proposals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s degree is a plus).
• 3–8 years of post‑graduate architectural experience.
• Eligibility to work in the UAE or ability to obtain work authorization.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken; additional language skills are an advantage.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit.
• Experience with SketchUp, Rhino, 3ds Max, Lumion, Enscape or similar visualization tools.
• Solid 3D modeling, visual communication and presentation abilities.
