Junior Azure System Engineer

About the role

Avanza Solutions is seeking a Junior System Engineer specialized in Azure to join its Dubai team. The role involves assisting in the design, deployment, and maintenance of Azure‑based systems, ensuring stable and secure environments for internal teams and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in designing, deploying, and maintaining Azure‑based systems and services.
• Monitor system performance and perform routine administration tasks.
• Troubleshoot incidents and provide technical support for Azure infrastructure.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to implement best practices and participate in upgrades and migrations.
• Document configurations, procedures, and coordinate with cross‑functional teams to resolve technical issues.

Required profile

• Demonstrated skills in systems engineering and design for cloud‑based and hybrid environments.
• Proficiency in system administration and technical support for Azure and Windows platforms.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve issues using strong troubleshooting and incident analysis.
• Basic knowledge of Azure services (VMs, Storage, Networking, Identity) and cloud security fundamentals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
