Junior Estimation Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Estimation Engineer to join our precast construction team. You will be responsible for translating architectural and engineering drawings into accurate cost estimates and supporting the tender process.

Key responsibilities

• Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project requirements for estimation purposes.
• Prepare precast proposals directly from architectural drawings.
• Develop project estimates, quantity take‑offs, and material calculations based on provided documentation.
• Create BOQs, proposal sketches, and related documentation for estimation.
• Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and tender submissions.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal engineering, production, and project teams.
• Follow up regularly on quotes submitted to clients.
• Issue order information to stakeholders and transfer data into the internal system.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech Civil).
• 3–5 years of estimation experience within the precast industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, BOQ preparation, and quantity surveying.
