About the role

Join Marsh's FINPRO MENA team in Dubai's DIFC and launch your career in one of the world’s fastest‑growing insurance and risk markets. You will learn the fundamentals of financial‑lines products, understand broking and placement processes, and build relationships with clients and reinsurers across the MENA region.

Key responsibilities

• Support the FINPRO MENA team in day‑to‑day operations and client deliverables.
• Assist in preparing client presentations, proposals, and reports.
• Learn and apply the fundamentals of financial‑lines insurance placement.
• Participate in broking and placement activities while developing market knowledge.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients and insurers.
• Contribute to market research and analysis that informs team strategy.
• Engage actively in structured training and development programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering or a related field (or equivalent professional background).
• Solid grasp of basic financial concepts and principles.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Results‑oriented mindset with analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
