Junior Graphic Designer

About the role

We are looking for a creative Junior Graphic Designer to join our design and marketing team. The role offers the chance to develop visual assets across digital and print channels while learning from senior designers in a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, advertisements, brochures, and presentations.
• Assist in developing layouts, colour schemes, and typography for various projects.
• Collaborate closely with senior designers, marketers, and other team members to meet project goals and deadlines.
• Accept constructive feedback and apply revisions efficiently.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
• Prepare and format files for print or digital publication.
• Maintain an organised archive of design files and assets.
• Research design trends and bring fresh ideas to enhance creative outputs.
• Stay updated on industry tools, techniques, and new creative AI solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective time‑management and ability to prioritise tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Passion for design and eagerness to learn and grow.
