Junior Guest Experience Specialist

About the role

As a Junior Guest Experience Specialist at Birchfort, you will be the primary point of contact for guests throughout their stay, from booking to checkout. You will ensure every interaction is smooth, friendly, and memorable, helping to create unforgettable vacation experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all guest communications, including phone, email, chat, and video calls.
• Handle reservations, check‑in and check‑out processes, and ensure accurate execution.
• Collect and process payments for bookings and ancillary services.
• Maintain guest records, official documents, and the internal database according to company policies.
• Resolve guest issues proactively, offering solutions beyond standard expectations.
• Support the marketing team with promotional activities when needed.
• Meet or exceed defined KPIs and performance targets.
