Junior HSE Officer - Food Manufacturing

About the role

Al Ain Mills is looking for a Junior HSE Officer with relevant experience in the food manufacturing industry to support health, safety and environmental operations at its UAE facility. The successful candidate will help maintain a safe working environment, support HSE initiatives and ensure proper documentation and compliance with safety procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Support the implementation of health, safety and environmental procedures within the facility
• Monitor workplace safety practices and ensure compliance with HSE standards
• Assist in conducting risk assessments and identifying potential workplace hazards
• Maintain HSE records, reports and required documentation
• Support safety inspections, audits and corrective action follow-ups
• Promote safe working practices among employees and operational teams

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of HSE experience in the food manufacturing industry
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety standards and compliance requirements
• Experience with risk assessments and HSE documentation
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
